The TPIG Supply Chain owns the end-to-end supply chain of Speciality and Biologics products of Teva and leads the Supply chain activities for Project management & execution, Strategic & tactical planning as well as Supply chain operational hub which includes operational planning and execution. To execute the strategic direction of growing Teva’s speciality portfolio, we are seeking the below role to join our team.
Teva Pharmaceuticals International GmbH is looking for an Accountant to support monthly, quarterly, and annual closes (US GAAP & Swiss code of obligations), perform general ledger activitites, support day-to-day activities around inhouse banks.
Temporary until 30. September 2025
Main Responsibilities
Support Day-to-Day activities of shared service center (SSC), global business center (GBS) and local accountants:
Balance sheet reconciliations
Review In-House Bank, Money Market deal transactions and netting transactions with local Treasury, SSC and GBS
Support SSC with manual journal entries for accruals, clearing of treasury transactions, monthly, reclass of Citibank interest
Preparation of monthly securitization cycle for local accounting, quarterly securitization fee invoices, send monthly securitization balances to participants
Respond to queries from corporate accounting (HQ) and various departments
Coding of payable invoices
Support preparation of internal and external audits
Support monthly and quarterly preparation of financial statements:
Quarterly management report to treasury
Finance Company’s quarterly profitability reporting
Finance Company’s quarterly SNB reporting
Prepare and send monthly finance income and expense overview to Treasury
Perform SOX controls: Group Reporting review, review compact journal report, SAP N20 trial balance analysis
Support SSC with monthly intercompany reporting
