Were looking for an Account Manager to join our high performing sales team, working with clients from mid-market all the way to enterprise.
How youll shape the future of B2B sales:
Deal with a high volume of accounts (400) and take responsibility for renewing customers.
Upsell, Cross-sell and Renew Enterprise Customers.
Map your accounts and find different regions and departments to add users to.
Consultatively present the solution features and benefits to prospects.
Command full ownership of the sales process including: pricing proposals, contract negotiation and other deliverables.
Lead a sales engagement, diving deep into your customers business challenges, advising on impactful solutions while demonstrating ROI and long-term strategic value.
Manage pipeline and maintain accurate sales forecasts.
Meet and exceed revenue targets and quota attainment.
Requirements:
Heres what we need from you:
2+ years of SaaS sales/account management experience.
Strong customer-facing, communication and presentation skills.
Ability to sell a diverse suite of products and services across sales, marketing, and operations.
Track record of consistent over-achievement in past sales roles.
Comfortable negotiating and navigating contracts, security and legal discussions.
Self-starter, result-oriented, process-oriented, high-energy, adaptable and inquisitive attitude.
Ability to maximize and grow client relationships.
CRM experience (Salesforce.com, HubSpot, etc, a plus).
