Were looking for an Account Manager, Strategic Agencies to join our top-performing team and support our largest global Agency clients by demonstrating the value in an effort to drive retention and expansion of our existing relationships.
This role will report to the Director of Global Strategic Agencies.
Your role as part of the Strategic Agencies team means your daily responsibilities may include:
Managing and developing long-term partnerships with some of the biggest Strategic Agencies in the world across the Big-6 networks
Partnering closely with clients to become an extension of their teams, providing consultative support to optimize marketing strategies across their clients
Managing relationships with account users regarding product adoption in order to increase retention rates and exceed commercial growth targets
Identifying and leading up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to drive business growth through greater advocacy and reference-ability
Partnering with the Strategic Sales team to ensure a collaborative client experience and account expansion
Influencing future lifetime value through higher product adoption, customer satisfaction, and overall engagement

Requirements:
5+ Years of Account Management experience (SaaS / Digital background preferred)
Proven experience in navigating the full renewal and upsell process; identifying substantial expansion opportunities, leading complex negotiations, and achieving contract execution
Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape
Experience with large multinational accounts
Experience in leading client-direct sales and / or account management strategies, while presenting to and interacting with senior management across complex organizations
Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights relative to a brands marketing strategy
Ability to influence, confidently handle objections and resolve customer issues
Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models, with experience in quota-carrying closing roles
Team player able to effectively interact with colleagues and business partners across the company
5+ Years of Account Management experience (SaaS / Digital background preferred)
