Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and the customer.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our designs and solutions, according to show regulations and customer needs and objectives, within a team.
Responsible to integrate new clients, develop existing client relationships and generate upsells.

Requirements:
– Proven experience in account management, preferably in the exhibitions or events industry.
– Strong client relationship management skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
– Fluency in French or German as a native language is a plus.
– Demonstrated project management abilities, including planning, execution, and follow-up.
– Effective sales and negotiation skills to achieve business goals.
– Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations.
– Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage multiple priorities.
– Attention to detail and a high level of organizational skills.
– Willingness to travel abroad at least 6 times a year.
