We are looking for a Account Manager Americas.
You will be the clients single point of contact for any issues that arise post the sales process. In this role you will maintain a strong relationship with the clients, keep them engaged and ensure a world class customer experience while meeting your revenue quota. You will take full ownership of the client experience and address any pain points they may have by driving solutions.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for renewals clients
Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
Communicate with clients to understand their pain points and drive solutions
Collaborate both with internal departments as well as external associates and partners to ensure a seamless client experience
Acting as the clients champion within the company to advocate for their needs with a focus on their customer experience
Proactively identifying account risks and opportunities and working collaboratively on action plans to address them
Look for opportunities where can deliver more value to the client and expand their portfolio
Collecting and analyzing data to understand customer behavior and leveraging the data to drive customer outcomes

Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in B2B/B2C outbound relations
Experience delivering client-focused solutions
Outstanding English verbal and written communication skills
Bachelors degree
Full time availability, hybrid work model (3 days in the office, 2 days WFH)
Periodic travel abroad (about once a quarter)
Mon-Thurs: 3pm-12am, Fri: 9am-13pm
