We are looking for an Account Manager to manage long-term relationships with our clients.
In this role, your primary focus will be to manage an existing customer base, generate new business opportunities with existing clients, and actively pursue new sales prospects.
About The Role:
Take ownership of post-sale engagement, retention, and customer growth by identifying opportunities, driving business outcomes, and ensuring customer success on a large scale.
Build trusted advisor relationships with key clients, customer stakeholders, and executives.
Effectively communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
Negotiate contracts and finalize agreements to maximize profitability and retain customers.
Measure and analyze the key performance indicators of your clients and take proactive actions.
Collaborate with other departments within the organization to identify opportunities, enhance client adoption, and ensure client retention and renewal.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer-facing commercial roles.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to multitask.

A strong team player who thrives in a fast-paced, rapidly expanding environment.
Fluent in Hebrew with a high level of proficiency in English.
