The SharePoint and 365 specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining SharePoint and 365 solutions tailored to our organizations business needs. We are looking for someone with a strong background in SharePoint and 365 applications with a focus on efficiency, security and knowledge management.
This role requires a deep understanding of SharePoint architecture and Power Platform solution design, along with best practices for performance optimization. Additionally, a passion for leveraging these tools to drive business improvements is essential.
Responsibilities
Precising organizational SharePoint strategy with best practices for enterprise organizations and up to date technology.
Develop and implement strategies for efficient content management and collaboration (knowledge management).
Design and enforce a robust permissions model to ensure appropriate access control.
Implement security protocols, such as data encryption, labelling, DLP and more.
Develop custom solutions to extend Power Platform and SharePoint functionality.
Provide user training on best practices for SharePoint and 365 usage.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SharePoint and Office 365 issues.
Enhance users productivity by adopting Office 365 applications, such as Microsoft Teams, form, list etc.
At least 2 years of proven experience as a SharePoint Architect or similar role.
Proven experience with Power Platform development.
Knowledge on SharePoint cloud best practices implementation for big organization
Strong understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent English, written and verbal, is required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
