We are seeking a highly motivated Intellectual Property Paralegal with at least 2-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing and supporting a variety of IP-related matters, ensuring the smooth operation of legal processes and delivering top-notch support to our attorneys and clients.
Assist with the preparation and filing of patent and design applications in Israel and internationally.
Conduct searches and prepare reports on IP rights and legal status.
Manage deadlines and track the status of IP portfolios to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Communicate with clients, local agents, and international offices regarding IP-related matters.
Draft correspondence, legal documents, and formalities as needed.
Maintain and update electronic and physical records of IP portfolios.
Prepare and file IDS's via the USPTO.

Requirements:
Experience: At least 2-3 years as a paralegal, preferably in intellectual property or a related legal field.
Language Skills: Proficiency in Hebrew and English (both written and verbal) is mandatory.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with IP management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and strong organizational skills.
Interpersonal Skills: Team-oriented with excellent communication and client-service abilities.
