Job Description:
Full responsibility for managing the laboratory, resource management, budget management, project management, and long-term strategic planning.
Managerial responsibility for implementing GMP guidelines and ensuring compliance in laboratories according to regulatory requirements, company policies, and parent company guidelines.
Responsibility for adapting laboratories to quality management system requirements and company business objectives.
Defining policies for conducted tests.
Responsible for laboratory investigations, change controls, CAPA, work proced
Requirements:
Master's degree or above in life sciences, biology, immunology, or related fields.
Management experience in laboratory work – mandatory.
Experience working under GMP – mandatory.
Background in pharmaceutical industry processes, science, and Quality Assurance.
Knowledge and experience in immunological testing methods, molecular biology, cell-based methods, and familiarity with pharmacopoeial (EP, USP) and regulatory requirements for these methods, as well as experience in developing and validating these testing methods.
Management, leadership, motivation, and organizational skills.
Presentation skills, communication skills in both written and spoken Hebrew and English.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with interfaces.
Very high level of English proficiency (written and spoken).
Experience from a pharmaceutical/food company
