We are looking for a highly skilled and customer-focused Product Manager to join our product &
UX team.
As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our products by
managing the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch and beyond. You will collaborate
closely with cross-functional teams, including UX designers, engineers, marketers, and
stakeholders, to deliver exceptional user experiences and achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities:
1. Product Strategy and Vision:
– Develop and communicate a clear product vision aligned with the company's goals
and objectives.
– Conduct market research, user research, and competitive analysis to identify market trends,
customer needs, and product opportunities.
– Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on user feedback, data
insights, and business goals.
2. Product Planning and Roadmapping:
– Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the product's direction and timeline,
considering UX improvements and customer needs.
– Collaborate with UX designers to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that align
with the product vision and enhance the user experience.
– Work closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, specifications, and
acceptance criteria.
3. Product Development and Execution:
– Lead the product development process, collaborating with engineering, design, and QA
teams to ensure timely and high-quality product releases.
– Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve the product.
– Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and make data-driven decisions to ensure
optimal resource allocation.
4. Stakeholder Management:
– Work closely with key stakeholders, including executives, marketing, sales, and customer
support teams, to align product strategies with business objectives.
– Communicate product updates, progress, and roadmaps to stakeholders and ensure
transparency throughout the organization.
– Solicit feedback from stakeholders and customers to continuously improve the product and
address any concerns or issues.
5. Product Performance and Optimization:
– Monitor key product metrics and KPIs to evaluate product performance and identify areas for
improvement.
– Conduct data analysis, user research, and A/B testing to optimize product features and user
experiences.
– Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and UX best practices to drive
innovation and maintain a competitive edge
