The Junior International Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the execution of the RRIS's marketing and recruitment strategy. Key Responsibilities:Serve as the main point of contact for group coordinators to organize campus visits for prospective students as well as proactively reach out to schools, educational programs, and international fairs to promote the university and support recruitment efforts through in-person presentations and events. Coordinate, attend and manage the Raphael Recanati International School roundtable discussions with our international students, including scheduling, communication and follow-upsProduce tailored marketing materials/ content for undergraduate & graduate programs, including sourcing student/alumni testimonials and academic content.Partner with the Raphael Recanati International School Campus Life team to co-create marketing content that supports student engagement initiatives and boosts overall visibility of the RRIS.Collaborate with regional desks (South Africa, France, and Latin America) to support region-specific events and content.Support the marketing team with the planning and execution of fairs, webinars, open houses, etc'
