As the Head of Data and Analytics at Keter, you will play a pivotal role in leading our global data and analytics initiatives. Reporting directly to the Global CIO, you will be responsible for developing and executing the data strategy, overseeing analytics projects, and ensuring the effective use of data to drive business decisions.


Key Responsibilities:


Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy to support the organization's global objectives.
Manage three team leaders of developers, data scientists, and other professionals in delivering data-driven insights and solutions.
Oversee the development and maintenance of Keter's data warehouse platform, ensuring its effectiveness, scalability, and alignment with organizational goals.
Manage and optimize Power BI and other reporting tools to facilitate data visualization and reporting across the organization.
Drive data quality and governance practices to maintain accurate and reliable data assets.
Lead and oversee artificial intelligence (AI) initiatives to drive innovation and automation across the organization.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in data, analytics and AI.


Qualifications:


Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Data Science, Computer Science, Information systems).
Proven experience in leading data and analytics teams, preferably in a global context.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in data visualization tools, database management, and analytics software.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Understanding of industry best practices in data management.
