Sales Leadership and Strategy Development:
o Lead sales strategies to further penetrate the different market sectors.
o Drive New Client growth through direct sales initiatives and team management.
o Collaborate with executive leadership to align sales objectives with company goals.
o Ensure successful positioning, negotiating, and closing multi-million, multi-year agreements as well as bid, partner and contract management
Team Management and Coaching:
o Build, lead, and mentor a dynamic sales team.
Market Analysis and Relationship Building:
o Analyse market trends and identify new opportunities
o Develop and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders.
o Represent Fluid Solutions at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility and network

Requirements:
Education: Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
Experience:
10+ years of sales experience, with a strong focus on B2B, Semiconductors, Defence or Oil Gas industries.
Proven track record in developing and implementing successful GTM strategies.
Exceptional leadership skills with experience in managing high-performance sales teams.
Experience with determining product-market fit and delivering products to market
A highly analytical approach
Ability to lead and communicate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, engineering and other departments
Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on companys success
