Responsibilities:
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment and drive initiatives to continuously improve our employees well-being, while ensuring they align with our company and business goals.
Own end-to-end employee experience initiatives such as company events, happy hours, fun activities, holiday gifts, etc.
Oversee and track the employee experience budget, while maximizing impact within budget constraints.
Support employee life cycle stages and experiences from onboarding to offboarding.
Manage relationships and negotiate with suppliers and vendors.
Support Employer brand initiatives to promote Optimove as a best place to work, both internally and externally.
Support employees' flight booking and accommodation through a traveling platform.
Support the Office Manager with all office management requirements, including office maintenance, orders, deliveries, and more.
Work closely with the Finance team to approve POs and invoices, employee expenses, and company credit cards.
Bachelors degree must.
Availability for a full-time position (9:00-18:00, on-site) – must.
Previous experience in a similar role must.
Fluent English (written & verbal) must.
Tech savvy, with excellent Office skills (Outlook & Excel) must.
Highly organized and efficient, able to work at a high pace and under pressure.
Able to plan and drill down to details to ensure smooth and high-quality execution of projects and tasks, from small to complex.
Highly responsible and independent.
Great interpersonal skills and service-oriented – a warm, patient, and positive attitude.
