We are seeking an MSSP Program Manager to lead the creation and expansion of security solutions tailored for our MSSP partners. In this role, you will collaborate with various teams to ensure offerings are optimized for the MSSP market, while developing the necessary resources to support MSSP enablement. You will be responsible for driving the adoption of these solutions and ensuring all collateral and guides are ready for successful implementation by MSSPs.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development of security offerings for MSSP partners, working independently to drive progress.
Gather feedback from MSSP partners to identify their unique needs.
Collaborate with product, PMM, marketing, and sales teams to align offerings with MSSP requirements and ensure market readiness.
Create and maintain enablement materials, including technical guides and collateral, for MSSP partners.
Take full ownership of the offering development process, from concept to adoption.
Ensure that offerings meet the unique needs of MSSPs and are fully supported with necessary resources.

Familiarity with our security solutions.
Experience working within MSSP or service provider models, with a focus on delivering tailored solutions.
Proven ability to work autonomously and drive initiatives independently.
Strong experience in developing enablement resources, including both sales and technical guides.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a proactive, self-driven approach.
5+ years of experience in offering development, ideally in the cybersecurity industry.
