We are looking for a talented and experienced Software Development Team Leader to join our Logs, Events and Big Data group, who has a passion for exploring new areas and solving technological challenges with a proactive approach to constant improvement.
You will be part of our professional group that designs and develops the logging and monitoring solutions for our cyber security and firewall products.
The team owns big data, multi-tier product that handle tens of thousands of events every second. It generates, manipulates , parses and index those events very quickly and allow the user to query the data.
You will have the opportunity to lead the design, architecture and implementation in the team, work with customers and define our next-generation Windows security products.
Key Responsibilities:
Be a leader in a team that manages, designs, and implements advanced Logging and Big Data capabilities.
Research and suggest new technologies to improve product flow, robustness, performance, security and customer satisfaction.
Manage and mentor a team of software engineers from various backgrounds.
Collaborate and manage relations with Product managers, UX, QA and other stakeholders to manage requirements and priorities.
Provide ongoing support and enhancements in existing systems, customers, and code.

Requirements:
2+ years of experience as a Software Development Team Leader
3+ years of experience in C++ programming
Strong coding, design, and troubleshooting skills
Strong leadership abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
BSc in Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent knowledge
Programming experience in WPF, Python and React – Advantage
Experience with Agile development methodologies Advantage.
