How you’ll spend your day
 

Legal spend management (invoice audit, rate requests)
Administer the legal department’s e-billing management system (TeamConnect)
Identify and reconcile data inconsistencies within the system
Legal vendor management (assistance with onboarding process of new legal vendors and maintaining vendor information)
Reporting and analytics
Support the negotiation process in partnership with Legal procurement
Act as primary contact for all legal operational queries
