As a Principal Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the design vision and strategy for the Duda platform while actively participating in its creation

Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of product designers, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential. Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth within the design team.
Hands-On Manager – a manager who not only supervises but also actively engages in hands-on tasks to ensure a high-quality end-product.
Product Design Strategy: Develop and ensure clear design principles that aligns with the product objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive consensus around design decisions.
User-Centric Design: Advocate for the user throughout the product development process, ensuring that design solutions are intuitive, accessible, and meet the needs of our diverse user base. Guide user research strategy and conduct, usability testing, and analysis to inform design decisions and drive product improvements.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, marketing and other stakeholders to align the product design strategy with the company vision and drive the product design strategy forward.
Design Excellence: Set high standards for design quality, consistency, and innovation. Oversee the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, ensuring that they meet both user needs and technical requirements. Provide constructive feedback and guidance to designers to help them produce their best work.
Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in design processes, tools, and methodologies. Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall design practice.
Ownership: Own the design system and ensure best practices with a goal of improving design & development efficiency and consistency.

7+ years of experience in product design, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
Strong portfolio showcasing a track record of designing successful, user-centric products and experiences.
Hands on experience working with a SaaS platforms design system, ideally with experience as the design system owner
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Deep understanding of design principles, user-centered design methodologies, and best practices in UX/UI design.
High proficiency in Figma.
PLG (Product Led Growth) experience is an advantage.
Passion for analytics, data visualization, and solving complex problems through design.
7+ years of experience in product design, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
Strong portfolio showcasing a track record of designing successful, user-centric products and experiences.
Hands on experience working with a SaaS platforms design system, ideally with experience as the design system owner
