Position Description:
A fast paced, challenging and diverse position, with a unique blend of business and technical aspects. Be involved in creating simulation and education solutions for a wide array of technologies in Minimal Invasive Surgery. Enjoy spending time in the market to understand clinical, technical and marketing product needs. Work with engineering counterparts to define and develop the product. Communicate with all areas of the company throughout the product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the product development process from product concept to launch; Work closely with development teams across the company, primarily with Software Development, HW Engineering, QA and Production.
Work closely with our industry customers: understand the product purpose and the customers training needs, provide a high quality result within the given timelines, prepare marketing and educational materials to support the product in the field, and stay in close communication with the customer in the field to ensure long-term satisfaction.
Develop educational materials such as step-by-step videos and clinical procedural guidance. Work closely with physicians, education experts and clinical groups to provide a comprehensive offering.
Support marketing activities such as demonstrations to customers, exhibitions, courses.
Work with your manager to support the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
Requirements:
BSc (e.g. biology\life science\bio-medical engineering\medical) – Must.
2 years of experience as a product/project manager in a company with global orientation Must.
This position requires international travel to conferences and customers sites 4-6 times a year.
Excellent English both verbal and written communication skills.
