Writing specifications, preparing planning documents, and creating single-line diagrams.
Conducting techno-economic analyses and managing project processes, budgets, and schedules.
Engaging in dynamic projects for critical facility design, including server rooms and data centers.
Location: Primarily in Tel Aviv and the Gush Dan area.

Experience: At least 3 years in designing electro-mechanical systems projects – mandatory.
Skills:
Strong ability to write specifications and programs.
Excellent prioritization and task management skills, including report preparation.
Interpersonal Skills: Good communication and high motivation, with the ability to work in a team.
Attention to Detail: Diligent and thorough approach to work – essential.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Office applications, especially Word and Excel – required.
Bonus: Experience with BIM360 and REVIT – advantageous.
