Key Responsibilities:
Lead research and data analysis focused on capital markets and stock exchange trends.
Monitor local and global economic news daily, identifying key market trends.
Collect and analyze statistical data related to the stock exchange and capital markets.
Write in-depth studies, articles, and periodic reviews (daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly).
Participate in professional projects and provide support across departments.

2+ years of experience in macroeconomic research or stock market analysis.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and translate them into impactful research.
In-depth knowledge of capital markets, stock exchange activity, and trading systems.
Experience with statistical processing software (advantageous).
Excellent communication skills in both Hebrew and English (verbal and written).
Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to create compelling presentations.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
Ability to thrive under pressure, multitask, and meet tight deadlines. Willingness to work beyond regular hours when needed.
