Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee and streamline personal services, social and cultural activities, and volunteer programs for English speakers of all ages and stages of their Aliyah.
– Strengthen strategic partnerships.
– Build and lead volunteer teams for age-specific services, activities, and programs.
– Organize nationwide activities and events.
– Create promotional materials.
– Manage CRM and system updates.
– Manage the Events Calendar.
– Implement SMART goals, ensuring ongoing evaluation and measurement.

– Native English speaker with basic Hebrew
– Leadership experience in managing teams
– Proven experience in full-cycle project management
– Strong organizational and planning abilities
– Creative and innovative thinker
– A doer, with multitasking abilities, exceptional interpersonal skills, computer skills, and a results-driven attitude
– Driver’s license and car
– 2 years of relevant experience in Israel
