The role includes:
Establishing the financial-logistical framework and developing work processes. This includes revenue recognition, report preparation, budgeting and budget control, forecasting, managing unit cash
flow, collections, inventory management, and monthly closures.
Implementing IT systems, specifically the SAP P58 solution, and other organizational systems.
Finalizing contracts with clients and suppliers.
Collaborating with multiple domestic and international interfaces.
Managing the finance and logistics team, including task allocation, guidance, supervision, and defining work routines.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Economics- mandatory
Masters degree in Economics a significant advantage
Experience in managing Finance Team mandatory
Experience and understanding of logistic processes an advantage
At least 5 years of experience as an economist in an international company
Experience in the Medical equipment market- an advantage
Deep understanding of financial reports
Excellent interpersonal skills
In-depth business understanding, with experience leading projects and driving processes with senior stakeholders
Ability to manage and coordinate complex organizational interfaces
Ability to work under pressure, handling multiple tasks and responsibilities, with a willingness to work hard
Bachelor's degree in Economics- mandatory
Masters degree in Economics a significant advantage
Experience in managing Finance Team mandatory
Experience and understanding of logistic processes an advantage
