We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Officer. This dynamic and challenging role involves full management and oversight of the companys security operations, with a strong focus on our facilities both in Israel and internationally. The position encompasses the development, implementation, and monitoring of security protocols, risk management strategies, and the overall safeguarding of company assets.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage internal and external security teams.
Safeguard company assets, including stock, infrastructure, and mitigating depreciation and loss.
Oversee candidate screening processes, including polygraph tests and interviews.
Manage risk assessment, incident response, and crisis management.
Drive and execute security enhancement projects across all company sites.
At least 2 years of security experience in the industrial and retail sectors (mandatory).
Proven experience with low voltage systems (mandatory).
Experience in interrogation and questioning techniques (preferred).
High availability and responsiveness outside standard working hours.
