Responsibilities
Plan and execute Facebook campaigns for the EU market.
Manage and optimize campaign budgets to ensure the highest possible return on investment.
Analyze existing data and use A/B tests to draw conclusions, produce reports, and optimize.
Identify new growth opportunities.
Brainstorm & execute new ideas using different targeting options and creatives.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and storyboards for video campaigns.
Provide input on scriptwriting, shot lists, and visual elements to enhance the effectiveness of video content.
BA/BS degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in FB campaign management
Analytical skills and data-driven thinking, proficiency in Excel
Creative intuition
Independent and highly motivated to succeed
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changes in a fast-paced industry
Strong written English and copy-editing skills
