We are a leading start-up that developers an innovative Cyber security product for the automotive field and we’re searching for a talented Full Stack team leader to lead our team of Full-Stack developers who will design, develop and deliver our product.
Main Responsibilities:
Set a strategic engineering direction to the product, drive planning cycles, and help us keep our priorities in order.
Communicate technical and product decisions to the relevant team members, resolve blocking issues, and keep our development machine humming.
Work side by side with our product managers, analysts and cybersecurity researchers.
Manage a team of high-performing engineers.
Solve industry challenges.
Provide regular job performance feedback, hold one-on-ones and provide career development support to your direct reports.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience as a team leader – a must.
7+ years of experience building web applications in both frontend and backend – a must.
Experience with NodeJs – a must.
Experience with React.js/Angular – a must.
Experience with ElasticSearch – an advantage.
Experience and knowledge of cybersecurity – an advantage.
Ability to make key decisions in a timely manner, while simultaneously weighing the needs and input of multiple stakeholders.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Interested in partnering with product, design, and various stakeholders across the company to understand how they operate and how to enhance offerings.
