The HR Business Partner ( HRBP ) position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.
End to end responsibilities of all HR procedures and processes in the division. Leading and implementing global HR process such as: yearly review process, yearly training and OD need assessment, organizational communications, leadership development plan, etc.
Partner with business to deliver and Implement HR programs and policies, aligned with business strategy and priorities.
Provide HR guidance and consultation for managers.
Proactively identify organizational needs and offer HR solutions.
Resolve employee relations issues.

Requirements:
A Masters degree in: Organizational/occupational Psychology, Organizational sociology, work studies, organizational behavior.
At least 3 years of experience in large organization in a similar position
3 years experience in consulting and coaching managers, consultative approach.
Experience in occupational screening and diagnosing, including in-depth interviews and/or group simulations (etc Pilat or Adam- Milo) an advantage
Fluent in English- reading, writing and talking.
Ability to develop strong relationships and influence a wide range of stakeholders within the organization
Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
Project oriented approach with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Flexible and able to cope well with a dynamic environment
