Required MCSA/MCSE/CCNA
At least 2 years experience in a similar position.
Knowledge in Fortinet Firewalls.
Knowledge in NAS devices.
Knowledge of Intune, Azure Active Directory Google Workspace and Microsoft Office 365 apps.
Experience with payroll softwares such as: Hashavit, Shiklulit
Experienced with support for Windows & MAC OS and Office applications.
Knowledge of troubleshooting hardware, software issues.
Excellent communication skills.
Hardware and software troubleshooting experience
Ability to work independently / team, with multi-tasking capabilities.
Hands-on with a can-do approach, strong interpersonal skills that thrives in a fast-paced environment, ambitious and highly motivate for supporting company end-users and technologies.
Fluent in English communication.
