The Opportunity:
This position works out of our Israel location in the Diabetes Care Division.
As the Business Market Access Manager you will play a key role on developing and following up Market Access, Sales and Marketing business strategies to drive the company into its mid/long-term growth while working closely with the distributor team to effectively execute operations plan.
What Youll Do:
Coordinate the Sales, Marketing and Market Access plan designed by the distributor in order to guarantee business goals achievement
Close follow-up to Market Access activities that should be in place to achieve company objective regarding patient access to our technology
Appraise the activities of Sales, Marketing and Market Access for the achievement of short- and long-term business objectives increased profit and market share through distributors
Follow up with annual reimbursement applications, evidence submission to ensure top clinical ranking
Explore different reimbursement pathways and scenarios and propose engagement models
Prepare different scenarios of financial offers to MOH aligned with distributor, ensuring internal approval on time
Organize budget preparation, reports and forecasts to ensure they are completed in a timely manner and compliant with our procedures
Monitor business performance, efficiency of the distributor ensuring all the procedures required
Maintain necessary contact with major stakeholders, key customers & associations and government representatives to achieve the objectives of the Division
Ensure compliance with all relevant Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental legislative requirements, policies and procedures.

Requirements:
Min. Bachelors degree required, preferably business related
Previous experience in Medical Device and/or Pharmaceutical Market
Hebrew language – native, English fluent
Min. 10 years of experience of successful track record in similar roles
Experience in leading a diverse team of Sales and Marketing professionals and/or Distributors management
Market Access/Sick Funds management – in country experience is an advantage
Experience in Reimbursement and Cash Pay pricing mix
Strong presentation and communication skills
Critical thinking and analysis of market conditions and opportunities
Interpersonal and management skills
Team work & Integrity.
