As an SDR, you will play a critical role in driving our sales pipeline and generating new business opportunities. Your primary responsibility will be prospecting and qualifying leads to connect with potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound prospecting activities to identify and qualify leads through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media.
Engage with prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and sales goals.
Schedule and coordinate meetings or demos between prospects and Account Executives.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions in the CRM system (Hubspot).
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role in a B2B SaaS or technology company.
Strong understanding of the B2B sales process and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.
Demonstrated success in prospecting and generating qualified leads.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to engage prospects.
Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets.
Highly organized with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
