Test Engineer leads the tests, the transfer characteristics for the production of VLSI components. The role includes:
• Responsible for electrical test, insuring tester performance and operation procedure.
• Involvement in defining the test plan of the product, Testing and characterization in identifying problems pursuit for stable and accurate test results.
• Test Engineer combines knowledge of device, software and hardware systems used for product testing.
• Coordination and leading the Test Engineers development during product testing
• Familiarity with the ATE testing processes.
