Responsibilities:
As the Operations – Software Fulfillment Group Manager, you will lead a global functional group that includes Order Coordinators and software fulfillment engineers and specialists. The Group is responsible for processing Sale Orders, maintaining automations, E-Deliveries, and License generation for both SaaS cloud and on-prem, 3rd party royalties, and support desk. Provide the necessary support and coordination to internal business and PMG teams, Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices. You will also prepare and execute plans for product transitions and introductions projects, coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure good quality deliveries, reporting and trending analysis, service-level success, order fulfillment metrics and identification of system improvements.
Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities:
Playing a lead role in the global operations management team and leading a group of innovative engineers and specialists.
Ensure on-Time deliveries and service level of software fulfillment orders and support tickets.
Developing project plans with clear definitions of tasks, deliverables, and setup systems for tracking them across various teams to deliver production ready processes.
Creating solutions to solve complex business and technical needs.
Lead and deploy projects and enhancements to increase automation rates of processed orders.
Work with the Product Management to execute software products introductions across the company portfolio.
Build and lead a high-performing software Fulfillment group. Assign tasks and responsibilities to group members. Provide coaching, mentoring, and professional development opportunities to group members. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
Ensure accurate and timely communication to management on critical technical and business issues.
Managing the performance and output of the group to drive change and develop, implement, optimize and/or continuously improve work processes, techniques, and systems.
Who we are looking for:
Bachelors degree in engineering or business.
6+ years of experience in leading software fulfillment / Supply Chain Operations/project management with software products.
4+ years of people leadership experience including managing, coaching, leading, and conducting performance management reviews and development plans.
Proficient with presentation skills across multiple levels to peers and leadership.
Strong interpersonal skills and enjoys teamwork.
Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
Hebrew and English communications skills (verbal/written).
