What youll be doing:
Lead one of our core engineering groups
Drive innovation and provide technical leadership, while leading the group in implementing advanced capabilities for a cutting-edge product
Drive an impact driven group, while solving complex problems in the scope of distributed systems, machine learning, networks and web security
Evolve our architecture and technologies to support the ever-growing scale of users, features, and data
Work closely with multiple stakeholders, including engineering leaders, CTO, DevOps, Product, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success.
Play a key role as part of the company engineering leadership
Drive industry thought leadership as part of the worlds leading ecosystem-security solution

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
+5 years of experience leading development groups or high-complexity engineering teams
+10 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages
Deep understanding of network protocols and web security
Experience in architecting and developing large-scale distributed systems
Deep knowledge and proven experience with Python
Great leadership, management and communication skills
Team player who thrives in a fast-paced working environmen
