What youll be spending your time on:
Develop and drive the long-term product strategy for the designated customer segment, aligning with overall company objectives and market trends.
Serve as a subject matter expert for the designated customer segment, providing guidance and expertise to internal stakeholder
Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify customer needs, pain points, and opportunities for product improvement.
Collaborate closely within the product department across different domains to drive improved experience and product market fit to the segment customers.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, engineering, design and marketing to gather insights and ensure alignment on product strategies and priorities.
Lead cross-domain initiatives to ensure products meet the evolving needs of the customer segment and enhance overall product-market fit.
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of products within the customer segment, and drive continuous improvement efforts.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability within the product team, encouraging creativity and excellence.
What are we looking for?
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management with a proven track record of driving product strategy and innovation preferred with B2C products.
Leadership experience with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives/
Strong business orientation preferred experience in business development roles Strong analytical skills.
Experience working in strategy consulting company advantage.
