We are looking for an intelligent and driven Accounts Receivable and Order Management Specialist (AR and OM Specialist). As an AR and OM Specialist, you will be a key contributor for the financial operations of our rapidly growing company. You will be responsible for all aspects of customer billings and collections processes. You must be a hands-on, roll up your sleeves type of individual and should enjoy a fast-paced, start-up environment. The position requires strong financial and accounting skills, superb excel/data analytics skills, a strong business sense and the ability to understand the big picture while being detail oriented. The positing will report to the Chief Financial Officer and is located in Tel Aviv, Israel or US, Remote.
Responsibilities
Process Sales Orders in NetSuite.
Reconcile information between NetSuite and HubSpot.
Conduct all customer billing functions on a timely matter: generate invoices, send invoices to customers, ensure timely collections.
Perform Account Receivables, Revenue, Deferred Revenue monthly reconciliations.
Perform monthly contract reconciliations.
Monitor AR aging and contact customers assisting in collection efforts to control days outstanding balances.
Assist customers (internal and external) with requests for information
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
5+ years in related experience.
Knowledge of NetSuite is a must.
HubSpot is a plus.
AvaTax is a plus.
Demonstrated knowledge of the AR accounting cycles.
Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, scope business requirements and prioritize.
Ability to actively listen and learn, multi-task, and prioritize.
Must possess the ability to work independently and operate in a team environment.
Experience in a SaaS environment.
Ability to manage a complex set of objectives and team goals in a fast-paced environment.
Impeccable analytical and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Commitment to excellent internal and external customer service.
5+ years in related experience.
