As a member of the R&D team, you will be working closely with our development, product, QA, automation, research and DevOps teams to create complex topologies where our evolving product can be developed and tested.
You will be responsible to collect lab requirements from your peers and deliver functional lab topologies according to sprint plans (agile scrum methodology).
In Technical Terms, You Will:
Spin up compute and network resources in AWS and configure them.
Setup Active Directory domains, organizational units, group policies and adjust them to varying scenarios.
Deploy workstation and server machines in a variety of OSs (Windows is top priority, but Linux and Mac will follow).
Setup routing and access policies between the various hosts.
Install and configure different EDRs (S1, MDE, Cortex, CrowdStrike, TrendMicro and more).
Deploy different types of applications like credentials managers (LastPass, 1Password etc).
Deploy firewalls and implement network segmentation controls between the different subnets in each lab.
Adjust the lab environments to enable testing of new product features sprint by sprint.
Manage the lifecycle of the provisioned lab environments and keep track of costs.
Education and Experience
3rd party software and licensing.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing labs, LabOps, or a similar role.
Experience with security technologies and managing engineering attack labs.
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of server installation and configuration, focusing on Windows (similar with Windows Admin Manager ) and then Linux environments.
Proficiency in AWS networking infrastructure (Mainly VPC, Subnets, Transit gateways, Aws-VPN)
ESX (VMware) advantage .
Experience with network equipment (e.g., routers, switches) and security applications.
