Plan, organize, and execute Open Studio, our quarterly online event with a creative approach to showcase product updates and engage our user base
Coordinate with the in-house production team to manage the planning, shooting, and editing of Open Studio, ensuring all technical and creative aspects meet the desired standards and result in a high-quality end product
Optimize processes and frameworks to ensure product teams collaborate effectively and align with Open Studio, making it the primary platform for announcing major updates and releases
Minimum of 3 years of experience in product marketing, event planning, and project management, preferably within a tech or SaaS environment
Youre a proactive and driven individual with a deep passion for products and user experience, demonstrating a strong desire to make a significant impact and deliver results
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
