As a Customer Support Specialist, youll:
Maximize the product value for our merchants and drive customer growth
Own and manage client issues, always sharing feedback internally with our Product and R&D teams
Help to create and maintain Rise.ais public Help Center
Collaborate with our Enterprise Account Management team and other cross-functional teams
Play an important role in maintaining a working team atmosphere in the office as well as with our global team members
Requirements:
eCommerce background or experience with eCommerce brands a big plus!
You have a strong affinity for Information Technology or Information Systems
You speak English Native level – this is a must
You have exceptional interpersonal skills
