In this role, you will lead a Continuous Integration team, that provides daily quality verdict for multiple Harmonic projects. As a method of work, the team uses only automatic tests, which are developed using an internal framework and running on permanent end-to-end setups. As part of the role, you will be responsible for:
Team planning, execution and deliveries.
TEST end-to-end complex Embedded systems by analyzing automation TEST results which are part of Continuous Integration (CI).
Maintain TEST suites (CI) by integrating new tests developed by other teams, optimize suites structure to increase coverage.
Take part in issue prioritization process and escalate showstopper issues to Program/SW managers
Cooperate with Customer Integration team to improve CI coverage according to the feedback from the field
Pro-actively improve existing CI process

Requirements:
B.Sc. in Computer Science /Electrical Engineering or equivalent
5+ years of experience in system Integration (HW/SW)
2-3 years of experience in technical team leading
Experience with networking protocols, TEST equipment and tools (e.g., IXIA, Spirent, iPerf, Byte Blower, etc.)
Proficient in Linux
High level of interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate effectively with different groups in English (written and verbal)
Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker) – advantage
Knowledge in DOCSIS/PON protocol – advantage
Script tools/languages ( PERL, Python, Bash, etc.) – advantage
