In Your role you will partner with the local HR team in Israel and our global corporate marketing team.
Success in this role requires you to be both a visionary and a doer, thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and bring up creative initiative and solutions.
This is a temporary position – maternity leave replacement for 7 months.
Responsibilities:
Manage Social Media Platforms and Create Content: Produce engaging and visually appealing content across various channels, including social media, the company portal, and internal communications. Optimize and manage social media platforms to build a strong employer brand presence and attract top talent.
Internal Communication: Foster a positive company culture through effective internal communication strategies, utilizing tools like Canva to create engaging materials.
Ensure Brand Consistency: Maintain consistent brand messaging and compliance with brand guidelines across all platforms.
Lead our Tech Brand: Contribute to and execute the Tech brand strategy, including building and leading a community of tech speakers. Organize and participate in employer tech brand events and collaborations.
Manage External Reputation: Monitor and manage the companys reputation on external ranking platforms, respond to feedback, and identify partners and platforms to amplify the brand.
Build Internal and External Relationships: Build relationships with key internal partners to gather resources and drive the external narrative while staying aligned with corporate marketing.
Stay Trendy: Keep up with industry trends in employer branding and implement it into our strategy to ensure our employer brand remains connected, competitive, and attractive.
Lets Talk about who we are looking for:
3+ years of proven experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or similar role.
Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (both Hebrew and English).
Strong project management skills and a strong sense of autonomy and initiative.
Data driven mindset with experience in measuring and tracking the impact of employer branding initiatives on key business metrics.
Creativity and innovative thinking.
A passion for storytelling and the ability to create compelling narratives.
Proficiency in design tools such as Canva.
Experience in working in global hi-tech companies.
Excellent teamwork and interface skills.
