Responsibilities
Strategy Development:
Create and execute demand generation strategies to drive pipeline growth and customer acquisition, aligning efforts with overall marketing goals.
Campaign Management:
Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns, including Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook and email marketing.
Lead Generation & Nurturing:
Develop and implement lead generation and nurturing programs to attract and convert high-quality leads
Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on lead qualification criteria and optimize lead handoff processes.
Analytics & Reporting:
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights for continuous improvement. Maintain dashboards to track key metrics like lead volume and ROI.
Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and tactics, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximizing impact.
Budget Management:
Oversee the demand generation budget, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation and tracking performance to stay within budget.
3+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or a related role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful demand generation campaigns that drive lead acquisition and revenue growth.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and ads platforms
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and optimize campaigns accordingly.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Creative problem-solver with a proactive attitude and a strong sense of ownership.
