We are looking for an Engineering Program Manager that will be responsible for driving research & development of ground breaking ML solutions. In this role, you will drive a highly cross-functional team of Algo, HW, SW, and QA engineers – from solutions definition, via development and integration, up to shipment as part of a range of our products.
Driving cross-functional teams from early research phases to product deliveries.
Creating and maintaining execution plans for meeting ambitious schedule and quality goals.
Understanding technical issues and driving them to closure by bringing key stakeholders for decision-making.
Maintaining and improving engineering development processes.
Facilitating effective communication and transparency between the cooperating cross-functional teams, and to higher-management.
Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years of hands-on experience as an Algo / SW / System engineer.
3+ years of managerial experience (program/project/engineering manager).
Excellent communication, presentation, social, and leadership skills.
Ability to deep dive into technical details, as well as filter and distill relevant information for the right audience.
Experience in multi-national development environment.
B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or similar.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in computer vision / machine learning fields – advantage.
