The QC Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Quality Control department, ensuring compliance with GMP regulations and maintaining the highest standards of quality across all processes and products.

Lead and manage the Quality Control department (including Biology, Chromatography, Chemistry, Microbiology laboratories and Logistics& data Management QC Team).
Develop and implement QC policies, procedures, and standards in compliance with GMP regulations and industry best practices.
Oversee all QC activities, including raw material testing, in-process testing, finished product testing, and stability testing.
Collaborate with other departments, such as Production, Quality Assurance & R&D

Msc/PhD degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
Proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong understanding of GMP regulations and quality control processes.
Demonstrated ability to manage large departments and guide managers effectively.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
