We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated, and independent Senior Bookkeeper to join our global Finance team.
In this role, you will be performing a variety of bookkeeping activities including accounting and compliance procedures.
The ideal candidate is someone with solid analytical and technical skills as well as an eagerness to grow and make an impact. Experience with ERPs and strong Excel skills are mandatory.
The ability to handle multiple financial tasks with energy, professionalism, and care is key to being successful in the role.The position is based in Tel Aviv, working in a hybrid regime.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Full bookkeeping of the group records:
Supplier Management: Managing suppliers (Israeli and international) – invoice entries and reconciliations.
Credit Card and Customer Reconciliation: Handling credit card and customer reconciliation.
Accounts Receivables: Invoicing, collection, reconciliation, and aging reports.
Transaction Monitoring: Monitoring & reviewing day-to-day transactions, maintaining the books up to date.
Financial and Administrative Reporting: Preparing financial and administrative reports as needed.
Month-End Accruals: Managing month-end accruals.
Audit Support: Filling and preparation of supporting documents for audits.
Monthly Tax Reporting: VAT, withholding tax, income tax, advance tax, 856 report.
Surplus Calculations: Performing surplus calculations.

Experience with Priority Software: Mandatory.
Systematic Approach: Skillful in using a systematic approach to all bookkeeping tasks.
Financial Records: Experienced in keeping precise and accurate financial records, with all transactions correctly documented and discrepancies promptly resolved.
Proficiency in English: Both written and spoken (mandatory, only applications in English will be accepted).
Additional Skills: Experience with Mesh, Excel, and Google Sheets is a plus.
