You will work closely with various departments, build strong relationships with vendors and suppliers, and contribute to the strategic direction of our procurement practices. Qualifications:
3-5 years in a similar role, with at least 3 years as a Purchasing Manager in tech-oriented organizations and specific experience with SW&SaaS procurement.
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to develop and implement smart, lean, and controlled cross-functional processes, and drive effective cross-organizational collaborations.
Previous experience working with ERP systems – Must
Ability to thrive under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
Previous experience in building and implementing Procurement processes and methodologies.
Advanced proficiency in written and verbal communication in both English and Hebrew.
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability in all tasks.
A desire to learn and grow with the team, and the ability to adapt, as our needs and mission evolve.
Bonus points:
Familiarity with business, technology, and financial principles.
Familiarity with P2P platforms such as ZIP, Cupa, etc.
Bachelors degree in business or related fields.
experience with NetSuite- Advantage.

Previous experience as a procurement manager in a public-traded company.
