Job Description
As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our innovative Financial platform that will also be utilized by our Bank. You will lead, strategize, and oversee the planning and execution of new products E2E from ideation to execution. You will work with cross-functional teams to support and ensure the success of our product and keep them aligned with our product vision. You will gather business requirements and identify customers pain points to develop optimal, creative, and innovative solutions in the financial world.
Responsibilities
Full ownership of the product lifecycle, driving the short and long-term vision and development of our products
Plan and own the product roadmap, and take it from vision to reality
Work closely with engineering, design, legal, and regulatory teams to drive feature design, prioritization, and deployment
Actively manage multiple projects of varying size and complexity, turning needs and ideas into operational systems and tools
5+ years of experience in product management and launching products in a rapidly changing environment
Proven experience in launching a successful and high-quality product
Experience in the Fintech industry or financial products
Experience in leading small, agile teams and scaling them
Impeccable written and verbal communication skills (Hebrew & English)
BSc degree in computer science or experience as a software developer – Advantage!
Experience in working on complex systems or no-code platforms – Advantage!

Launching B2B/B2B2C products from ideation to scale
