We are looking for a highly motivated engineer to join our Engineering team.
In his role, the engineer will be responsible for the improvement of existing processes, by designing and defining jigs, and automated processes through production lines. Approve new jigs and processes by Production methods such as GR&R and analytical tools. Lead Production changes by ECO process
Investigation of failures to ensure continuous production. Working in a diverse professional team from different disciplines & at the interface with different departments: R&D, project managers, Planning, and Purchasing to achieve production goals. Approve new specs by analytical investigation. Transfer to the production of new products after performing testing and V&V for all relevant aspects.
• Production preventative maintenance definition.
• Production process / testing station / jigs.
• Lead ECO process from initiate to implementation.
• Production Training.
• Production BOM.
• Transfer to production.
