As a Delivery Lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading and ensuring the smooth and efficient management of live solutions using Power Platform and SharePoint within our organization. Tasked with orchestrating seamless operations, this role acts as a crucial link between various stakeholders, ensuring optimal functionality and reliability across the Company’s Power Platform and SharePoint apps according to the principles and practices of Agile methodology.

How you’ll spend your day
• Oversee Day-to-Day Operations
Oversee day-to-day operations of live solutions, working to optimize performance and reliability
Proactively identify and address potential operational issues, minimizing downtime and optimizing site functionality
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve operational efficiency
• Incident Management
Lead the response efforts during live solutions (internal apps and websites) incidents, coordinating resolutions and ensuring swift communication with stakeholders
Continuous Improvement
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, actively seeking and implementing enhancements to operational processes.
Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging technologies to ensure our live solutions remain at the forefront of digital excellence
• Collaboration and Communication
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and enhance operational processes, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives
Facilitate communication and understanding between development and testing teams, ensuring clarity on requirements and schedules.
Serve as the primary contact point for the development team, addressing concerns and facilitating communication
• Sprint and Project Management
Collaborate with the development and testing teams to plan and prioritize tasks for each sprint, considering project timelines and resource availability
Conduct kick-off meetings to communicate project objectives, deliverables, and expectations to the development team
Conduct daily progress checkups and organizational meetings with the development team to monitor project advancement
Report the status of sprint deliverables and highlight work that needs to be transferred to the next sprint
Mediate the estimation process, ensuring accurate and documented outcomes for sprint planning
Fill and maintain the Jira Sprint board to track and manage tasks efficiently.
• Resource and Process Management
Plan and allocate resources effectively, ensuring that the team is well-equipped to meet delivery goals
Work with relevant stakeholders to ensure the readiness of different environments for development, testing, and deployment
Coordinate the continuous integration and deployment process daily, working closely with the technical team
Coordinate the testing effort throughout the development process to ensure quality deliverables
Lead retrospective meetings, identify areas for improvement, and follow up on action items to enhance team efficiency
