In this role, you will effectively drive engagement, awareness, and utilization of the companys CSR brand, Cares. You will manage our volunteer program at both the company and department levels, promote employee volunteering initiatives in coordination with internal stakeholders, create original content, drive employee advocacy, manage external partnerships, and shape our overall employer narrative.
What You'll Be Doing
Design, develop, implement, and monitor CSR strategies and initiatives that align with the companys mission and values.
Create and manage community outreach programs and partnerships to foster strong relationships and support.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including NGOs, community groups, and global partners, to enhance CSR efforts.
Promote CSR initiatives within the company to boost employee participation and engagement.
Organize and support various events, such as meetups, conferences, visits, and workshops, both virtually and in-person.
Produce engaging and continuous content that showcases the compelling aspects of life , including brand videos, static collateral, marketing copy, digital assets, industry blogs, and more.
Cultivate a strong community among employees to increase engagement and brand pride.
Ensure alignment with Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) rating agency requirements and meet regulatory reporting needs.
3 years of experience in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) or related fields and working with NGOs.
Proven experience working in a global environmentthis is essential.
A creative and passionate individual who approaches each initiative or project both strategically and tactically, taking ownership and managing it from start to finish.
Strong expertise in managing relationships, networks, and teams that include a diverse group of people representing the public and private sectors, community-based organizations, nonprofits, civic leaders, and program beneficiaries.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Demonstrated success with content creation, social media, messaging, brand awareness, campaigns, email marketing, partnerships, and events.
Superior communication skills with the ability to transform complex information into simple messages and concise communication materials tailored for the audience.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
Proactive and research-focused, staying on top of industry news and identifying future trends.
Great interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Native-level proficiency in English and Hebrew.
