The Operational Excellence IE manager is leading the company global IE activities.
The Operational Excellence IE manager with the Local IE leaders should drive the manufacturing to excellence, efficiency and effectiveness through best known methods and systems.
Identify bottlenecks in every Fab and drive OEE improvements, to improve productivity, cycle time and on-time delivery to customers
Establishing standardized analytical models in planning, KPI and WIP management areas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage the corporate IE directors forum
Manage and lead cross functional global projects, from planning through implementation, for OEE improvement, budget control and savings, improved wip management, improved ergonomic and better operator efficiency, capex management, etc
Set Global procedures for better operational management and monitor the compliance
Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years seniority in current position – A Must
B.S Industrial Engineering or Systems Engineering degree required. Master’s degree preferred
Industrial engineering expert, extensive experience in Semiconductors environment
Management experience
Wide experience in manufacturing and operations management techniques required
Ability to communicate with external and internal multi-cultural stakeholders
Knowledge of Manufacturing Science (scheduling/dispatching, TOC, Lean, Push/Pull system, inventory management, capacity planning, etc.)
High analytical skills and data driven
Strong understanding of statistics, data analysis and problem-solving methodologies
Ability to attend to details while keeping big picture in mind
Experience in optimization, tool modeling and performance metrics preferred
